The absence of singer Ebony Reigns at Ruff Town and Midas Touch merger ceremony has got people asking questions.
Bullet of Ruff N Smooth fame’s Ruff Town Records manages Ebony while Midas touch are her executive producers.
After handling different aspects of the singer’s career over a period of time, the two entities on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at a ceremony at the Premiere Apartment in Accra announced that they will now work as one entity.
Many expected the presence of Ebony at the event which also saw the merged unit unveil three up and coming artistes namely Brella, Danny Beatz and Ms. Forson.
However, the handlers of Ebony could not give definite answers to questions on her whereabouts.
Though all four managers of Ebony claimed she was ill, they were clearly uncertain in almost all the answers given when JoyNews’ MzGee tried to probe her absence.
The inconsistencies in the responses of Ebony’s management generated controversies amongst pressmen.
