Before this opportune donation, the little girl has been suffering from a rare genetic condition resulting in the swelling of the right side of her body.
The last time it was free distribution of iphones to passengers onboard a commercial bus in Accra. Now, businessman and philanthropist popularly known as Mr. IBRA has made a life-saving gesture by donating $25,000, an equivalent of GHC115,000 to a the family of 10-year-old Jacqueline Owusu, based in the Upper East region for medical treatment of the youngster.
Before this opportune donation, the little girl has been suffering from a rare genetic condition resulting in the swelling of the right side of her body.
Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Owusu who are only peasant farmers could not afford to raise funds for the treatment of the little girl.
However, Mr. IBRAH, through the Ibrah Charity Fund (ICF) has stepped in to restore hope back to the family after seeing photos of the girl and hearing appeals for help.
With this donation, the family can now travel to India with their daughter for the treatment.
